In becoming ourselves, we offer the world the beauty of who we actually are.

I invite clients to nurture an environment of peaceful presence in their hearts, minds, bodies, and lives — in every season.

Through compassionate curiosity, clients illuminate new, sacred pathways where long-term transformation, healing, and growth flourish.

What is your modality of treatment?
I have an empathic, direct, curious, and collaborative approach with my clients. I work from eclectic approaches based on process- oriented, mindful and experiential modalities including:
  • Mindful Self-Compassion
  • Internal Family Systems
  • Interpersonal Neurobiology
  • Attachment Theory
  • Psychodynamic modalities

I’ve tried everything, what would make this different? Can you help me?
You’re not alone. When clients come to me, they’ve often “tried it all” without seeing true transformation. They are frustrated and ready for change. As a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist, together we discover what is causing the behaviors by seeing what needs are not being met in life. We go beyond managing behaviors, curiously discovering the root causes and underlying issues. This isn’t another “program”, together we address your deeper story. I help clients experience transformative, long-lasting, lifelong change. Connect with me for a 15 minute discovery call to see if we might be a fit.

What is your rate?
Initial intake sessions are $165. Follow-up sessions are $150 for a 45-50 minute session. Reach out to me for rates on other services.

Do you take insurance?
Great question! As an out-of-network provider, I can file insurance and clients will be reimbursed directly from the insurance company based on their benefits. I provide rates up front in the No Surprise Act paperwork. Clients are responsible for knowing their out-of-network mental health benefits.

What questions should I ask my insurance companies?
Here’s a document with helpful questions.

What states do you provide therapy in?
I am licensed in Kansas and Missouri.

Do you provide in-person and/or virtual therapy?
Yes, I offer both in-person and virtual sessions. I use a HIPPA-compliant telehealth platform.

I’m ready to get started. How can I reach you?
